Product Description

Nitinol Wire Description:
Nitinol round wire, also known as NiTi wire, is a nickel-titanium alloy renowned for its shape memory effect, superelasticity, and excellent fatigue and corrosion resistance. When deformed, it can return to its original shape upon exposure to a specific transformation temperature. These unique characteristics make Nitinol the preferred material for minimally invasive medical devices, including braided products, orthodontic wires, guidewires, and various implantable surgical tools.

We are a custom Nitinol alloy solution provider, offering high-performance NiTi round wires that fully comply with ASTM F2063 standards. Our products are engineered for both medical and non-medical markets, covering a wide range of standard and advanced applications, where precision, reliability, and mechanical performance are critical.

Whether you need wires with customized transformation temperatures, tight diameter tolerances, or specific surface finishes, we can deliver solutions tailored to your application needs.

Nitinol Wire Features:
Fully independent processing,Precision control at every stage
Precision smelting with adjustable composition percentages
Customizable phase transition temperature range for different applications
Stable shape memory and superelasticity
Guidewires offer excellent straightness and elasticity, resistant to bending
Outstanding torsional properties enable 1:1 torque transmission for precise guidance
Basket wires provide superior flexibility and maneuverabilitySpecification

Delivered Transformation TemperatureAs a key indicator of superelastic performance in NiTi alloys, the Austenite Finish Temperature (Af) is commonly used to evaluate the effectiveness of superelasticity. According to ASTM F2063-18, the nickel content in NiTi alloys should be within 54.5–57.0 mass%. However, since the Af temperature is highly sensitive to slight variations in nickel content, it is crucial to subdivide the alloy composition. Therefore, refined alloy codes are adopted to clearly identify and control the alloy grades.
